Er wordt gezocht naar een oplossing om uiteindelijk het gehele boek in pdf (voor iedereen leesbare en te downloaden vorm) in deze site op te nemen. Vooralsnog overstijgt de totale omvang van de hoofdstukken de gehuurde capaciteit bij de host. Registratie is nodig (zie vak links). U ontvangt een e-mail zodra de webmaster u heeft geautoriseerd en vervolgens kunt u het hoofdstuk inzien resp. downloaden.

It is investigated if and how the entire book may be published eventually in pdf (the format which allows reading and downloading for everyone) on this site. As yet, the total volume surpasses the capacity as rented from the host. Registration is needed (see box at left).
